Job Title: Telesales and CRM
Based in Coffs Harbour
Part time / Full time / casual available
Duties:
Tele sales role in IT , predominantly but not all business to business
Excellent base plus unlimited commission potential
Cold calling and developing relationship.
Recording communication in the CRM (Hubspot)
Business development of office supplies and consumables
Determine decision maker of the business
Perform customer needs analysis
Arrange stock and installation
Updating products on the websites
Coordinating reseller relationships
Skills:
Must be proactive
Well organised
Hard working
Driven to succeed
Customer focued
Experienced in cold telesales is essential
Microsoft products-Outlook, Excel, Word
Sharepoint and Onedrive
Effective communication skills
Able to work independently
