Our approach to sustainability
Our parent company, Fuji Xerox Australia is committed to environmentally responsible product design and employ an end-of-life resource recovery program that is second to none.
Our products can be disassembled into over 88 categories for reuse, remanufacture or recycling – helping us to achieve over 99.5 percent resource recovery.
Fuji Xerox Australia has led the industry embracing a holistic lifecycle view of how we address sustainability at every step of the value chain: from parts procurement through an extensive supply chain, to our development and manufacturing operations, and customer use and disposal of our products at end-of-life.
Fuji Xerox started recycling parts early in the 1990s. In 1995 we became the first in the industry to offer products using recycled parts of end-of-life products.
To us, remanufacturing means “as good as new” and even “better than new”.
Our Integrated Recycling System is based on the concept that end-of-life products can be used as resources for new products with the “closed loop system”. We integrate product recycling in every stage of the production chain from design to resource recycling.
The system has been established to minimise the use of new resources during manufacturing, as a way of preventing resource depletion.
Take-Back Recycling Program
In line with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Fuji Xerox has created a Collection service program.
Fuji Xerox has a Parts Return Program that provides customers with a Cartridge Recovery Box which, when full, is collected by Fuji Xerox and returned for remanufacturing. These collection boxes are available free to any customer upon request.
We systematically take back all packaging when we supply and install our products, as well as when end-of-life items are returned to us.
Equipment & Parts
All end-of-life equipment and parts that need replacement may be collected and returned to us.

I cannot fault the machines or indeed the service we get from the Business Centre. The machines are total print solutions platform, fast and efficient. The ability to scan directly to folders, and indeed straight to team members emails, makes business life far easier. The quality of the colour printing allows us to produce quality brochures for our clients at a competitive cost.
