Local Coffs Harbour couple, Gary and Carol Evans are celebrating 15 years in business this month.
THEIR BUSINESS which is 100% locally owned “FXBC”- The Fuji Xerox Business Centre, is well known for providing the best level of service and support on the Mid North Coast. Specialising in providing and delivering trusted, tailored office solutions to the business community through an exceptional team of dedicated and experienced locals.
First established 38 years ago by Geoff Sproul and now employing 20 staff making it the longest established same brand vendor.
The business is still known for supporting many local organisations such as the Coffs Harbour Snappers Rugby Union, Sawtell AFL, Coffs Harbour Comets and Macksville Soccer Club. As well as partners of organisations such as the Koala Hospital and the World Rally Australia since it first came to town.
Dealer Principal, Gary Evans says “It’s a pleasure being a part of the local community and to give back. By supporting local organisations we help the community as a whole. Our business has and will continue to build on a framework of trust, knowledge, our amazing staff, high ethical standards and having the customer at the heart of all we do”.
Exciting changes are ahead. FujiFilm currently the innovators, developers and manufactures for both Fuji Xerox and Xerox devices worldwide will own Fuji Xerox 100% and adopt a name change as of April next year. This change will not only allow the business to focus on the document solutions and copier market but will also allow the FujiFilm Group to accelerate software options, and focus on cloud solutions, artificial intelligence and the internet of things.
This announcement comes just months after Fuji announced plans to acquire CSG, a IT managed services and office IT solutions business. Demonstrating Fujifilm is in growth mode. This change, Gary says, “Allows us to always continue delivering business innovations.”
