Job Description

FXBC (Formally Fuji Xerox Business Centre) Mid North Coast is seeking an administration, sales support superstar to join the team.

Job Title: Administration/Sales Support

Reporting to: Gary Evans

Workplace: 4/19 Short Street, Port Macquarie 2444 NSW

Work hours: 5.5 hours per day including a 30 minute lunch break. Monday-Friday. Part Time. Business Equipment Award

Duties:

Administration to the sales team

Preparing proposal for the sales team

Track proposals

Record sales team activity in CRM (Hubspot)

Organising FSMA (full-service maintenance agreements) with clients.

Arrange direct debit for new customers

Meet, greet and liaise with current and prospective clients

Front office reception

Marketing support

Organising finance for client

Arrange installation of new devices with client and Service Work Controller

Recording quotes in CRM (Hubspot)

Recording win/loss ratios

Report on sales and profit

Report on sales activity

File documents in the appropriate locations

Inform marketing team of new clients to start the after-sales process

Assist in other departments when staff are on leave.

Debt collection

Telemarketing

As well as other duties as required.

Some travel may be required

Skills:

Answer and transfer phone including proficient message taking

Answer and send emails and mail.

Microsoft products-Outlook, Excel, Word

Sharepoint and Onedrive

Photocopying, mail merging, scanning

Take notes

Effective communication skills

Able to work co-operatively with a team and independently
